Water is known as the main source for metabolic activities. Even the micro-organisms can attest to this fact and the anaerobics can confess that though oxygen might not be too necessary but water is an essential need for them.
Water is an abundant ‘natural resource’ except of course in landlocked areas that do not have easy access. I bet you that if you get closer to people who live in landlocked areas, I sure you would understand what their concerns are as regards water scarcity. As we treat the uses of water in paragraphs to come, we would evaluate its harms if not properly cared for.

Caring For Drinking Water
Do you know that even if you do not want to drink water there is a hormone that sends a mess anger that you need water; that is why for feel thirsty when your body system is in dire need of water and it is not available. From my own little experience for instance is the case of a particular day when I was not very sure of the hygienic state of the toilet of a place I had to visit,I made sure I run away from drinking water but when I left place to another with clean toilet, you need to see the way I ran towards water because I was so very thirsty. The thirst I felt that day can indescribable and qualified in writing. That is how important drinking water is and I am sure you can attest to that fact.
A lot of time drinking water are of ‘poor hygiene’. We are not even sure of how many sealed/packaged water are of high quality standard hygiene’.
Organisms that cause diarrhea and typhoid are typically found in drinking water however this does not stop a lot of people from drinking impure water. When we allow what should be a support to the living cells in us become a threat then ‘things would fall apart in our body and the center wouldn’t be able to hold it.’ Water borne diseases sourced from drinking water include cholera, dysentery and typhoid.
Just last week, I witnessed the news of the loss of another to typhoid. This news my dear readers is of course not to scare you but to let you know how the ‘common water’s could have deleterious aftermath if drunk without being properly cared for and not overlooked with levity and negligence.
You can care for drinking water and prevent typhoid by
1) BOILING AND FILTRATION
2) USE OF WATER PURIFICATION CHEMICALS
Be very sure of the source of commercial drinking water you consume.
I have another story, there was a time when we had to buy bags of ‘satchet water’ in the house. This so-called ‘pure water’s as they are fondly called dealt with us all in the house as we all went to toilet and had bursts of diarrhea for every time we drank water. We tried taking care of ourselves with the right drugs not knowing the cause and as such the diarrhea stayed put. Well, it was confirmed when a brother’s friend stopped by to visit and was given this water (with no food to further buttress it was not from the food). He had not drunk the water for two hours when he complained of gastric disturbance and joined in the ‘DIARRHEA PARTY’. We all felt better when we stopped drinking the water.
Ensure you purchase commercialized water with proven high hygienic quality or if not you could purify your water. If the latter is your choice, you could meet up with experts in water purification as different water sources would contain different ions which could be safe, unsafe and could be made safe or a total danger to your health.
Please ensure you drink water properly cared for.
